License Agreement

All images, video, and other electronic media downloaded from this site or provided on disk are restricted to use in non-commercial programs, productions, and print material, and the use in any program, production, or print material that is prepared for sale is strictly forbidden. Broadcast of this material via airwaves, cable, World Wide Web or any other means is also forbidden without prior written consent from WORDsearch and the producer, photographer, or artist.

THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT IS ONE (1) FISCAL YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. All materials produced with media licensed under this agreement may be reproduced subsequent to contract termination, but no new products or material may be produced without prior written consent from WORDsearch or its assigns.

Completion of the checkout process indicates agreement to these terms and conditions and ordering from our site or by any other means, you acknowledge your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree, do not check the box or order our product.  Thank you.
